- Members voluntarily withdrawingfrom the Association send an application to the Executive Committee. Rights and obligations of membership will be terminated after the Executive Committee releases the notice of consent.
- Membership shall be expelled in cases:
- Seriously affect the prestige of The Association;
- Serious violate this Charter and regulations of The Association;
- Fail to paydueswithin 60 days after The Association’s second notice;
- Violate the laws
- Member is expelled from The Association whenever there are 2/3 (two thirds) of The Executive Committee members’ agreements. The decision to exclude members comes into effect from the signing date of the Association’s President.
- The Executive Committee informs about the list of members drawing from the Association and expelled members to all other members.
